This Purchase and Payment Policy outlines the financial terms and procedures for booking services and purchasing products from LightLinks Energy Healing. By making a purchase or booking a session, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Payment Terms

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). LightLinks Energy Healing uses secure third-party payment processors to ensure your financial information is protected.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Payment Timing: Payment for all sessions and online store items is due in full at the time of booking or checkout.
We currently only accept orders and ship to locations within the United States.
For items shipped to Texas, applicable Texas state and local sales and use tax is included in the sales price for taxable items.

2. Service Bookings

LightLinks Energy Healing offers remote energy work services, including Distance Reiki and Distance Animal Reiki. Sessions are single fee payments and payment is required at time of the booking.

3. Classes

For all classes and workshops offered by LightLinks Energy Healing, payment is due in full at the time of registration to secure your spot.

Registration Policy: Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment.
Class Cancellation: If a class is cancelled by LightLinks Energy Healing, a full refund will be issued. If a student cancels their registration, a refund will only be provided if the cancellation notice is received at least 14 days before the start date of the class. All registrations include a non-refundable deposit.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change; however, because our sessions are scheduled in advance, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy to honor the practitioner's time.

Standard Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the session price.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee (100% charge).

5. Website Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies depending on the type of purchase made:

Services: All services rendered (Reiki sessions, consultations) are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact LightLinks Energy Healing via the link below to discuss your concerns.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all digital downloads, recordings, or e-books purchased through the online store are final sale and non-refundable.
Physical Goods: Under this Website Policy, returns are generally only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective, and you must notify us within 30 days of receipt. However, clothing items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please contact us to initiate a clothing return.

6. Security and Privacy

Your payment security is a priority. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Information shared during the payment process is subject to our Privacy Policy and is kept strictly confidential.
