Welcome to LightLinks Energy Healing. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and website. By booking a session or accessing our content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and Website Policy.

1. Website Policy Professional Disclaimer

The services provided by LightLinks Energy Healing, including but not limited to energy healing, Distance Reiki, Distance Animal Reiki, or spiritual consultation, are intended to be complementary to standard medical, mental health treatment, or veterinary care.

Not Medical Advice: Bethann Copado is not a licensed medical doctor, mental health professional, or veterinarian. These services do NOT: diagnose illness, treat medical conditions, replace medical, psychological, or veterinary care, or guarantee any specific outcome.
Personal Responsibility: Clients are encouraged to continue under the care of a licensed healthcare or veterinary professional and should not stop any medications or treatments without medical or veterinary supervision.
Voluntary Participation: Participation is voluntary and the session may be stopped at any time. If the animal does not wish to participate, the animal’s guardian can receive the Reiki services during the scheduled time.
No Guarantees: While many clients experience positive results, LightLinks Energy Healing makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any session. Energy-work outcomes vary and no specific results are promised or implied.
Emergencies: Energy-work services are not appropriate for emergencies. It is recommended to contact emergency services or a licensed provider immediately if any medical, psychological, or veterinary emergency occurs.

2. Services and Bookings

Sessions are conducted remotely via digital platforms. All clients must be 18 years of age or older. All sessions are booked via the online portal.

3. Acceptance of Risk

Energy-work services conducted remotely limit what the practitioner can observe or respond to and may involve physical, emotional, or energetic responses which may occur within 24- 48 hours after a session. By using these services, you agree that LightLinks Energy Healing and Bethann Copado are not responsible or liable for you or your animal’s safety, any reactions that may occur, or for any claims made by a third party because of the animal’s behavior or condition.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We value your time and ours. Please adhere to the following policy regarding appointments:

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the session price.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the full session fee.
Refunds: Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us directly to discuss your experience.

LightLinks Energy Healing maintains a safe, sacred, and professional environment for all clients.

Confidentiality: All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except where required by law. De-identified case information may be used by the practitioner for educational purposes only.
Mutual Respect: We reserve the right to terminate a session or refuse service if a client exhibits inappropriate, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior.

By using these services and this website, you agree that LightLinks Energy Healing and Bethann Copado shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the information or services provided. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, or causes of action arising from or related to services provided, including but not limited to claims of ordinary negligence. This includes any physical, emotional, or energetic effects experienced during or after a session, injury to my animal, injury caused by my animal, property damage, or behavioral/emotional changes. This release does not apply to claims involving gross negligence, willful misconduct, or conduct that cannot legally be waived.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
