Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all digital downloads, recordings, or e-books purchased through the online store are final sale and non-refundable.

Physical Goods:

• Returns are generally only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective, and you must notify us within 30 days of receipt.

• Clothing items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
