We currently only accept orders and ship to locations within the United States.

• Standard Delivery Window: Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, shipping typically takes 4–20 business days (Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

• Carriers: We utilize reliable third-party carriers to ensure your package arrives safely.

• Tracking Information: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once the package is in transit. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

Shipping fees are flat rate and will differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all digital downloads, recordings, or e-books purchased through the online store are final sale and non-refundable.

Physical Goods:

• Returns are generally only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective, and you must notify us within 30 days of receipt.

• Clothing items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

To process a return or refund for damaged goods, customers must provide clear evidence of the issue.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Please be advised that the cost of shipping for returning an item is the sole responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the final refund amount. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
